McDonald's - Carter Rouleau

Creating McDonald's was one of the best business ideas anyone has ever come up with.  Today McDonald's is a multi-billion dollar corporation and is spread amongst many different countries around the globe.  Many customers try blaming McDonald's for their obesity, one of the McDonald's representatives said "they have a choice."  This is true, the consumer does have to choice to stop or to not stop at McDonald's to get a bite to eat, although, many people that have eating problems cannot resist the temptation of seeing a McDonald's almost everywhere they go.  Being a fan of McDonald's, I understand how hard it is to not eat there on a daily basis, although, I do not agree that McDonald's is the only reason for their obesity.  McDonald's, like any other major corporation, is just trying to make money.  Due to complaints, McDonald's has added more healthy choices into their menu such as salad, and apple fries.  Why does McDonald's do this?  Well first of all McDonald's realizing that making more healthy options on the menu will stop lawsuits from coming in, also people now a days are trying to stay healthy so these new options expand their market.
