After reading about Servpo of New Hampshire, two interesting facts that I noticed was how hard it is two find good and trustworthy employees. Carter's father Michael mentioned how difficult it is to find employees without a criminal background and poor work ethic. In order to have a successful business you have to find good employees in order to back up your business. Your employees are apart of this business and take in an important role for the customers. Another interesting face that I saw in this slide show was how much work it takes for a business to get started. In order to get trustworthy you have to do some background check before hiring. You have to make sure you and your employees are on the same page and have a clear relationship with them. I found it very interesting how much thought and time goes into developing your own business. You need to be extremely dedicated and need to be willing to do anything in order to be successful. Through this presentation I learned that this company is very successful and is one of the top 100 franchises. For this specific company the weather matters a lot. I learned that in order to do a good job and please the customers the weather has a lot to do with that. This slide show relates to the text by taking a risk with a business, especially a popular business such as this one. It is very impressive that Servpo is one of the top 100 franchises in the country, and I hope that the business continues to be as successful as they are today.
