This presentation was very interesting to me because it is nice to learn a little about the ins and outs of a company that I pay more than a thousand dollars a year to. However the thing that got me was, he started his own without having any loans. That must of felt so relieving not having the bank on your case about money twenty-four seven. He also sounds like Nick Graham and how he started his business. He filled the need, which was recruiters in the insurance industry, and with twenty years of experience in the insurance industry, he knew exactly what to do and what to look for. Richard Wnek is clearly we educated on what he is doing since he has worked for an insurance company so he has been able to pick up a few things in the system that many people might not know when they first start. So that right there he lucks out on making mistakes with his company and learning all those little things the hard way. Richard took advantage of what he had and what he has is knowledge on the insurance business and since he has been doing it for twenty years at another company he must like the business in general so he is doing what he likes to do. That is key for a job because it is either you enjoy your job and it does not seem like work to you or you hate you job and you are miserable until you find a new one. However when with his knowledge, he still made changes to his business as it went on from starting out as a sole practitioner to having support form the NIRA. Also with the economy being the way it is does not help out either and that is just something no one has control over. But what is common with a business like this is that everyone says to be friends with everyone because you do not know what other connections they have. What I have learned is that knowledge of a job is very helpful if you want to make your own business.
